One of my all-time favourite christmas cookie recipe, because Linzer cookies combine all the fun of christmas baking (making the pastry, cookie cutters, decorating) with actual, fruity flavour. Plus, they’re very versatile when it comes to shapes and flavour, because you can switch out your favourite jam as you please.
